How it works

Built by MangoStack.

Verrow is built by MangoStack Ltd, a UK studio building AI products in fintech and health-tech. Its founder has over fifteen years in commercial leadership and previously co-founded a venture that exited through acquisition. Its senior engineers bring many years in machine learning and applied AI.

No. Verrow covers rental property in England only.

Is this legal advice?

No. Verrow shows what the law requires and the words in the law each duty comes from. For advice on your own circumstances, speak to a solicitor.

How do I know a duty is right?

Every duty traces to the words in the law it came from, and Verrow shows you those words.

What if Verrow does not hold my council's licensing data?

Verrow says so, and tells you to ask the council directly. It will not tell you a licence is not needed when it does not know.

What does it cost?

Starter, up to 3 properties, is £9 a month. Portfolio, up to 10, is £19. Unlimited is £29. All prices include VAT, and the £15 deep report is included for subscribers.
